Guitarpicks UK sales are subject to the terms and conditions set out on this page.

Purchases

Purchases may be made in Pounds Sterling using online payment through HSBC Secure e-payments system, by mail order or by telephone (cheque in Pounds Sterling)

All items are subject to stock availability.

All prices are inclusive of UK VAT.

Delivery

We will normally dispatch all requested items within ten working days of receiving your order, but please allow up to 14 days for delivery (up to 21 days for custom picks).
If we are unable to comply with this due to stock availability or other circumstances, we will contact you by email or telephone and provide an estimated dispatch date.

Delivery is made by Royal Mail first class post, normally within two days of dispatch anywhere in the UK. Delivery to other countries may be subject to shipping delays. We regret that items cannot be shipped until funds are cleared.

Whilst we will make every endeavour to process your order, we regret that unclear or incomplete orders may not be fulfilled. No charge will be made in this event.

Postage and Packaging on all orders is FREE

Returns and Refunds

Our returns policy applies to any item purchased from us.
You may return any item within 30 days if not completely satisfied for a full refund.
Please note you must pay the postage costs for returns.

Please include a note indicating the reason for return. This is particularly important if the item(s) are faulted. You must include your original order number. Your order number is indicated on screen and in your confirmation email for online orders, or supplied with your goods for mail or telephone orders.
