Can I order custom picks with the name/logo of my favourite band?

For legal reasons, we can't print copyright material such as commercial band names or logos without the correct permission from the copyright holder. If you are the copyright holder or hold a licence to print this merchandise, please contact us to arrange your picks.

How much can I fit onto a pick?

We will do our best to fit your name or band name onto a pick, but we are obviously restricted by the pick size. Longer names may fit by using smaller lettering, but it's generally best to keep the name as short as possible.
For the same reasons, complex logos don't always show up well when shrunk to fit on a pick. If you are unsure if your logo will print well, contact us first.

Is buying on your site secure?

We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. Physical and electronic safeguards are in place to protect the storage of your personal information while it remains on our site database.
Your credit card details are submitted directly to the HSBC bank's Secure Epayments website using SSL 128bit encryption and not passed to us or any other party.

It is important for you to protect against unauthorised access to your details. Be sure to sign off when you finish using a shared computer.

Can I have my logo printed on a pick in colour?

Your name or logo can only currently be printed in a single colour (monochrome) but we do now offer a choice of plain or metallic (reflective) ink colours. The picks themselves are also available in a large variety of colours. If you have a specific colour pick you require, we will do our best to obtain it for you - please contact us.

I live outside of the UK, can I still order picks?

Yes, we are happy to take orders from outside the UK. Please note that we prefer payment in GB Pounds Sterling.

I have ordered custom picks in the past but your new site does not show them - why?

Our website now allows you to upload your own custom pick logos and order repeat prints at a reduced price. If you had previously ordered custom picks with us, your existing logos have not been uploaded to the site during the transfer. Please contact us if you want to order repeat prints of these picks.

Why are repeat orders of custom picks much cheaper?

When you order a custom pick to be printed, a printing plate must first be created and you pay a little extra for that. Once the plate is created, you can order additional prints at a much cheaper cost because the same plate can be re-used.
